01What broke and what we do first

A site that is down is not a button you press: it is a state you have to read. Before reinstalling anything, we secure what can be secured and measure what happened. We do not reinstall WordPress blindly or switch the theme without reason. If the failure is in a plugin, in a PHP fatal error, or in a half-finished migration, we locate it first. The promise is simple: a clear report and a fixed quote before changing anything. If the case is not worth it, we say so in writing.

With your data

Nothing is deleted without a backup. The first action is a backup and a rollback plan.

02What it covers and what it does not

Includes

  • Diagnosis of the failure with access to logs, PHP, plugins, theme, and hosting.
  • Backup before any change.
  • Fixing the error and the effects it left behind.
  • Restoration or migration when content is left halfway.
  • Verification of the repaired site.
  • Report on what was done and what is still pending.

Does not include

  • New functionality or custom development.
  • Visual redesign.
  • Third-party licenses: premium plugins, paid builders, or licensed themes.
  • Hosting: neither its cost nor its management.
  • Urgencies outside hours that were not agreed.
  • Recovery of already-damaged data when there is no backup.

03How we do it

  1. 01

    Access and backup

We get in, confirm that everything is accessible, and take a backup before touching anything.

What is needed WordPress admin access, hosting or SFTP access, and knowing where the last backup is.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis

We read the error logs and review the PHP version, the plugins, the theme, and the state of the hosting to locate the source.

What is needed Server logs, the list of plugins and theme, and knowing which update or change was made last.

  3. 03

    Plan and quote

We write down what will be repaired, with what risk, and at what price. The scope is closed before we start.

What is needed A decision on the budget and what the business priorities are if a choice has to be made.

  4. 04

    Controlled repair

We apply the changes in parts, with the backup and the rollback plan ready in case something goes wrong.

What is needed Full access to the hosting and the database, and an agreed work window.

  5. 05

    Verification and report

We check that the site responds and that the content is where it should be, and we deliver the report with the changes and the pending items.

What is needed Someone to validate the final result: content, forms, and links.

04Price and scope

Diagnosis starts at €50 and is the entry point: you pay to know what is happening, not to cover up symptoms. The repair is quoted afterward, with a closed scope: what gets fixed, what does not, and how much it costs.

What determines the costAccess and backup: if there is no backup, the work starts by securing the data. · Type of failure: a PHP error does not cost the same as a migration with broken URLs. · Theme and plugins: outdated plugins, premium plugins, or plugins that no longer have support. · Hosting: the PHP version, the server limits, and whether the host responds. · Migration: amount of content, URLs to preserve, and data work. · Urgency: work outside the agreed hours costs differently.

05Timelines and response

The typical timeline is Defined after reviewing the case. It is confirmed after diagnosis.

Response time: First response within 1 business day

Response policy: First response within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Colombia and Spain time.

Urgent work is handled according to availability and scope. There is no implicit 24/7 SLA: whatever is committed is written into the proposal.

06Compatibility and access

We work on what you already have: WordPress, PHP, MySQL, hosting, theme, plugins, builders, and WooCommerce. Elementor, Gravity Forms, and the rest of the installed components are part of the case, not an obstacle. To start we need WordPress admin access, hosting or SFTP access, an available backup, and someone who can validate the result. Before changing anything: backup and rollback plan. If something fails, we roll back. We do not rebuild the site if it is not necessary. Changing the theme, the database, or the hosting is a later decision and is justified in writing.

07What evidence we deliver

We do not publish rescue metrics without permission. There are no client figures, average times, or published cases: what is here is the method, not a showcase. The evidence of each case is the backup, the diagnosis, the changes, and the verification afterward. The report is the deliverable.

08What you receive

09What happens next

Repairing is not maintaining. A repaired site starts accumulating updates, backups, and alerts that have to be watched. Optional support starts at €50/month and includes updates, backups, security review, and an alert when something fails. It is not mandatory. If you prefer to manage it yourself, the report includes what needs to be done and when.

Will I lose content?

No content is touched without a backup. Before any change there is a backup and a rollback plan.

How much does it cost?

Diagnosis starts at €50. The repair is quoted afterward, with the scope closed.

What if it cannot be fixed?

If repairing costs more than rebuilding, or there is no data to recover, we tell you in the diagnosis and give you the reasoning in writing.

Do you work with my hosting, my theme, and my plugins?

Yes. We work on what you already have and document any exception or missing license.

What happens afterward?

We deliver the report with the changes and the pending items. If you want to continue, there is optional support from €50/month.
