01What is reviewed and what is not
A running store is not a new project. It is a system with orders, stock, payments, emails and customers that cannot be stopped for experiments.
The real state is measured before changing anything: load times, checkout, catalog, theme, plugins and hosting. Then we prioritize what affects the order, not what looks good on a list.
The promise is concrete: measured diagnosis, changes in parts and rollback. No sales figure or perfect checkout is promised without seeing the store.
If the store must be built or migrated, it is a different service. Here we work on a store that already sells and gets stuck.
02What it covers and what it does not
Includes
- Load and checkout measurement on mobile and desktop.
- Review of theme, plugins, hosting, cache and database.
- Diagnosis of catalog, filters, variations, stock and emails.
- Correction of localized issues within the scope.
- Order, payment and email testing in staging.
- Continuity and rollback plan.
Does not include
- A new store or platform migration (different service).
- Full redesign or branding.
- Content, photography or copy for product listings.
- Plugin, theme, gateway or app licenses.
- Campaigns, marketplaces or customer service.
- Guarantee of conversion, sales or SEO positions.
03How we do it
-
01
Measure
Load, checkout, catalog and errors; the real state is documented before touching anything.
What is needed URL, access, orders and someone who validates.
-
02
Isolate
Theme, plugins, hosting and content are separated to find what causes the bottleneck.
What is needed Staging and a testing window.
-
03
Fix
Changes are applied in parts, with backup and rollback. Nothing is published untested.
What is needed Scope confirmation and a work window.
-
04
Test
Full order, payment, stock, email and mobile; before and after are compared.
What is needed Someone who validates the real purchase flow.
-
05
Continuity
The state, pending items and how to maintain them are delivered; support is optional.
What is needed Owners and access.
04Price and scope
From €2,400. The price is set after measuring the store, with the scope closed: what is touched, what is tested and what is left out. Continuity is optional from €50/month and includes updates, backups, security and warnings.
What determines the costStore condition and number of products: catalog, variations and filters that must be reviewed. · Theme, plugins and builders: what can be touched without breaking editing. · Checkout, gateways and shipping: the part that most affects the order. · Hosting, cache and database: the real margin for server-side improvement. · Testing and go-live: window, staging and rollback. · Optional monthly continuity: from €50/month, if hired.

05Timelines and response
The timeline is defined after measuring. No date is promised before knowing what gets stuck and what depends on hosting or third parties.
The first response confirms whether the problem is the store, the hosting or an integration. The theme is not replaced just because it is trendy.
If access, orders or a window are missing, the timeline starts once they are resolved. Waiting time is not deducted from the work nor hidden.
There is no implied SLA behind this page. The store is not touched without rollback; whatever is committed is written in the proposal.
Response policy: First response within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Colombia and Spain time.
06Compatibility and access
We work on the real store: WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP, MySQL, theme, plugins, builders, gateways, shipping and hosting.
To start we need: URL, admin access, hosting/SFTP, database if needed, test orders and someone who validates.
Before touching anything: backup, staging and rollback plan. If checkout cannot be tested, nothing is published.
We do not change the hosting or the theme if it is not necessary. If that is the real limit, it is justified in writing and quoted separately.
07What evidence we deliver
We do not publish sales metrics or cases without permission. There are no invented conversion, order or "checkouts that convert" figures: the evidence is the measurement, the tests and the report.
- Initial state: load, checkout, catalog and errors.
- Causes: what was isolated and how.
- Changes: what was touched and what was reverted.
- Tests: order, payment, stock and email.
If there are publishable cases with permission, they will appear with source and date; until then, none are invented.

09What happens next
A store does not maintain itself: plugins, gateways, stock and emails change.
Optional support starts at €50/month and includes updates, backups, security review and a warning when something fails.
It is not mandatory. The report states what to watch and when to review it; if support is needed, it is agreed separately.
See support and maintenance10Frequently asked questions
Is this a new store?
No. It is a running store. If it must be built or migrated, the ecommerce development service is used; here we fix and measure what already sells.
Do you guarantee more sales?
No. What is stuck is fixed and measured before/after; conversion depends on more factors and is not guaranteed.
What do you review first?
Load, checkout, catalog, theme, plugins and hosting, in that order of impact on the order.
What does it cost?
From €2,400; the price is set after measuring. Continuity is optional from €50/month.
Can you work without stopping the store?
It is tested in staging and published with rollback. If the store must be stopped, it is agreed beforehand and the reason is explained.
Does it include maintenance?
Not by default. Support is separate from €50/month and the documentation allows your team to maintain it.
