Diagnose before touching.

Five phases and one principle: nothing is touched without knowing what is happening, what it costs and what is left out.

Diagnosis from €50 · WordPress / PHP / ecommerce · Timelines agreed

We do not publish durations or SLAs without confirmation: each timeline is agreed in the proposal.

01Phase 1 — Diagnosis

First we look, we do not reinstall. What is failing, what is at risk and what is worth it.

We review

Stack, hosting, theme and plugins, logs, backups, Core Web Vitals and security.

We need

URL, access, backup and one person to validate.

We deliver

Status report, findings, scope and cost.

Cost and timeline

from €50 The timeline is agreed once the case is seen.

02Phase 2 — Scope and closed proposal

The proposal closes what is in, what is not and which variables move the price. There is no open quote.

Included

  • Scope: what is done exactly.
  • Assumptions: which site, hosting and access the work is calculated on.
  • Dependencies: what the result depends on from the client.
  • Fixed price for the agreed work.

Not included

  • Anything not written in the proposal.

Validity: agreed in the proposal.

03Phase 3 — Execution

Work against the agreed scope. The channel and cadence are agreed; changes are requested in writing and their impact is assessed.

Work is applied on the agreed environment and delivered documented, not as a ‘done’ without context and not with changes outside what was written.

Before touching: environment or backup and a rollback plan. No disappearances and no uncontrolled changes.

04Phase 4 — Delivery and verification

The agreed work is tested before closing: affected flow, responsive, access and documentation.

  • Tests of the affected flow, on mobile and on desktop.
  • Access and credentials delivered to the owner.
  • Documentation of what was done and of what is left pending.

Metrics only if they have a source and a date; if not, it is stated. Training and handover according to scope. Code ownership according to contract.

05Phase 5 — Support and continuity

from €50/month Maintenance with updates, backups, security and alerts when something fails.

What it does not cover

  • New development.
  • Campaigns and media.
  • Licenses.
  • Hosting.
  • Unagreed 24/7 SLA.

How it is requested

Agreed in the proposal: channel, scope and frequency are written before starting.
