01What is designed and what is not

UI/UX is not drawing screens. It is organizing flows, states, hierarchy and decisions so the product can be used and built.

Branding is not a loose logo. It is a system of criteria: voice, color, typography, components and rules so the team can decide without asking every time.

The promise is concrete: system, documentation and the path to production. No design sheet is delivered that nobody knows how to implement, and no conversion is promised.

Systems, not screens

If you only need a landing, this is not the service. Here we organize a product or brand that already exists.

02What it covers and what it does not

Includes

  • Audit of existing flows, screens and components.
  • Visual system: color, typography, spacing and states.
  • Reusable components and patterns in Figma.
  • Path to production: tokens, HTML/CSS or handoff to the team.
  • Documentation of use and limits.
  • Applied branding: voice, applications and basic rules.

Does not include

  • A complete landing or marketing site (different service).
  • Full product or app development.
  • Copy, photography or illustration if not in the scope.
  • Large-scale user research or testing.
  • Campaigns, media or social media management.
  • Guarantee of conversion, retention or sales.

03How we do it

  1. 01

    Understand

Product or brand, users, flows and what hurts. We start from what exists, not from a blank page.

What is needed Access, examples and someone who validates.

  2. 02

    Organize

Flow map, inventory of screens and components; we decide what is reused and what is retired.

What is needed Validation of priorities and system criteria.

  3. 03

    Design

Visual system, components and states; tested in context, not in a loose screenshot.

What is needed Concrete feedback and acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Move to production

Tokens, HTML/CSS or handoff with the team; we check that Figma and production match.

What is needed Access to the code or the environment.

  5. 05

    Document

Rules, use and limits; the system is delivered so the team can maintain it.

What is needed Someone who receives it and uses it.

04Price and scope

Quoted per project. The price is set once the scope is closed: number of screens, flows and components, and which part of branding or production is included. A standalone design sheet is not billed.

What determines the costNumber of flows and screens: a single screen does not cost the same as a complete product. · Existing components and states: what can be reused and what must be organized from scratch. · Branding: logo, voice, applications and rules included in the scope. · Path to production: tokens, HTML/CSS or handoff to the team. · Documentation and training: what the team needs to maintain it. · Coordination with development or product: what is not solved in Figma alone.

05Timelines and response

The timeline is defined with the scope. No date is promised before knowing how many screens, flows and components there are.

The first response confirms whether it is a new system, a review or just the path to production.

If access, examples or decisions are missing, the timeline starts once they are resolved. Waiting time is not deducted from the work nor hidden.

There is no implied SLA behind this page: whatever is committed is written in the proposal.

Response policy: First response within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Colombia and Spain time.

06Compatibility and access

We work with Figma, design tokens, HTML/CSS, WordPress, components and documentation. We use the stack the product already has, not one imposed.

To start we need: product or brand, access to Figma if it exists, repository or environment, examples and someone who validates.

Before touching anything: inventory, backup and rollback plan for the components; everything is not redesigned at once.

We do not change the platform or the stack if it is not necessary. If that is the real limit, it is justified in writing and quoted separately.

07What evidence we deliver

We do not publish product metrics or cases without permission. There are no invented conversion, retention or "designs that work" figures: the evidence is the system, the documentation and its match with production.

  • Inventory: flows, screens and components.
  • System: tokens, components and states.
  • Production: what was implemented and what was not.
  • Limits: what is left out and why.

If there are publishable cases with permission, they will appear with source and date; until then, none are invented.

08What you receive

Deliverables and delivery timing
Deliverable When
Inventory of flows and components Before designing
Visual system and components in Figma During design
Tokens and handoff to production Before implementation
Documentation of use and limits At delivery
Pending items log At close

09What happens next

A system does not maintain itself: the product changes and the components go out of date.

Optional support starts at €50/month and includes updates, backups, security review and a warning when something fails; design system maintenance is quoted separately.

It is not mandatory. The documentation lets your team or agency maintain it.

10Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a landing?

No. UI/UX and branding organizes product and brand; a landing is a landing design service. If you only need one page, this is not the service.

Do you deliver Figma or code?

Both, depending on the scope: system in Figma, tokens and handoff. Full product or app development is a different service.

Do you do branding from scratch?

It can be done, but it is scoped: logo, voice, applications and rules. A complete identity in one week is not promised.

What does it cost?

Quoted per project after organizing flows, screens, components and the part of production included in the scope.

How long does it take?

Defined with the scope; no dates are promised before seeing the inventory and the dependencies.

Do you guarantee conversion or retention?

No. A system is designed and documented; the outcome depends on product, content and use, and is not guaranteed.
