01Problem and context
Transfer4U is a private transfer company based in Benidorm. It operates at Alicante-Elche airport, the RENFE stations in Alicante and Valencia, and a network of Costa Blanca destinations.
The project did not start with a new website: it began with an existing WordPress installation. The January 2020 brief asked for an emotional homepage, a visible language selector, a booking button and a six-segment menu: Standard, Family, Golf, Bike, Pet and Wheelchair. That traveller-profile structure is the backbone of everything that followed.
Between 2019 and 2026 the site accumulated a redesign, landing pages by accommodation, legal texts, translations, performance audits and a custom pricing system.
There is no prior measurement of traffic, conversion or revenue. The history is reconstructed from 8,275 files and 70 documented milestones; no result outside those files is attributed.
02Diagnosis
There is no prior technical report or starting measurement in the archive. The documented delivery is a WordPress site with Hello Elementor, a booking engine on Gravity Forms and WP Rocket, plus a custom pricing plugin.
Documented
- Client: Transfer4U (Alicia Blanco Andreu).
- Domain: transfer4u.es.
- Stack: WordPress, Hello Elementor, Elementor, Gravity Forms, WP Rocket.
- Period: 2019-12 → 2026-11.
- 70 milestones and 8,275 files reviewed.
- Landing pages, legal texts, translations and the pricing plugin.
Not documented
- Traffic, conversion and revenue.
- Hosting and licence costs.
- The exact split of design, content and development between MDK and SK.
- Testimonials and an independent results audit.
03Technical solution
The base is WordPress with Hello Elementor and Elementor. The booking engine runs on Gravity Forms: first version 2.x and, in 2026, version 3.0 with 44 fields on a single page.
The form changes with the origin: airport or RENFE one way, airport return, and town one way (cases A, B and C). It adds vehicle selection with SVG icons, extras, coupons and route-based pricing rules.
The custom t4u-pricing plugin manages per-form pricing, coupons, styles and internationalisation. 66 versions were packaged; a single day in October 2026 accounts for 34 iterations.
The work includes landing pages by accommodation (CasaTuris, Vero Holiday Homes, Sunset Holidays / Costa Activa), legal texts (LSSI-CE, privacy and the voucher’s data-protection clause), ES/EN translations and a Polish landing page.
On performance: WP Rocket, Gzip, caching, lazy load and 16 images converted to WebP with a 75–90% reduction.

05Result and limits
Documented result: the site moved from a 2019 installation to a booking system with a 44-field form and a custom pricing plugin in 2026. The history records the deliverables and dates.
Limits: no traffic, conversion or revenue improvement is attributed; there is no testimonial or independent results audit; the exact split between MDK and SK is not documented in every milestone.
