01What is reviewed and what is not
An audit is not a fix and not a quote made blind. It is a technical review to know what you have, what is failing and what is worth touching.
We review the stack, the theme, the plugins, performance, basic security and technical SEO. No ranking position, speed or cleanup is promised: the state is documented and priorities are set.
The promise is concrete: findings with evidence, priorities and the cost of the next phase. If nothing is urgent, we say so.
A rescue, migration or redesign is not quoted without seeing the case. The audit is the entry point, not a formality.
02What it covers and what it does not
Includes
- Inventory of stack, theme, plugins and access.
- Performance and basic CWV review.
- Basic security and exposed surface review.
- Basic crawling and indexing: robots, sitemap and canonical.
- Detection of errors, updates and risks.
- Report with findings, priority and next phase.
Does not include
- Fixes, malware cleanup or development.
- Forensic audit or legal expert report.
- Content SEO, copy or linkbuilding.
- Redesign, migration or new store.
- Licenses, hosting or third-party services.
- Guarantee of positions, speed or conversion.
03How we do it
-
01
Collect
URL, access, stack and goal; we set what is reviewed and what is left out.
What is needed Access credentials and someone who validates.
-
02
Review
Theme, plugins, performance, security and basic SEO; documented with evidence, not impressions.
What is needed Access to Search Console and hosting if they exist.
-
03
Prioritize
We separate what is urgent from what is important and what is not worth touching.
What is needed Validated priorities and criteria.
-
04
Report
Findings, evidence, risks and cost of the next phase. No decoration, no promises.
What is needed Someone to receive the report.
-
05
Decide
Quote, second phase or not continuing. The report is yours and so is the decision.
What is needed A decision on the next step.
04Price and scope
From €50. The price depends on size and scope: a 10-page site is not the same as a store with checkout. The audit is paid separately and is not deducted from the quote unless agreed.
What determines the costNumber of pages and templates: a small site does not cost the same as a catalog. · Plugins, theme and builders: more surface to review and more incompatibility risk. · Store, checkout or memberships: flows that must be tested, not just read. · Access and Search Console: without data the review is more limited, and we say so. · Depth: basic or full review, as agreed. · Urgency: work outside the agreed hours carries a different cost.

05Timelines and response
The timeline is agreed when hiring and depends on site size and access. No date is promised before seeing the case.
The first response confirms what is reviewed and what is not. A full audit is not sold when the scope is basic.
If access is missing or the hosting does not respond, the timeline starts once they are resolved. Waiting time is not deducted from the work nor hidden.
There is no implied SLA behind this page: whatever is committed is written in the proposal.
Response policy: First response within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Colombia and Spain time.
06Compatibility and access
We work with what is already there: WordPress, PHP, MySQL, theme, plugins, hosting, Search Console and basic CWV.
To start we need: URL, admin access, hosting/SFTP, Search Console if it exists and someone who validates.
Nothing is touched during the audit: it is reading and documentation. If a fix is authorized, it is quoted separately.
We do not duplicate the work of a deep security audit or a full SEO project. If it is needed, we recommend it and quote it as a separate service.
07What evidence we deliver
We do not publish client metrics without permission. There are no invented improvement figures or "audits that fix everything": the evidence is the report with findings and priorities.
- Inventory: stack, theme, plugins and access.
- Findings: what fails and with what evidence.
- Priority: urgent, important or optional.
- Next phase: estimated cost or the decision not to continue.
If there are publishable cases with permission, they will appear with source and date; until then, none are invented.
08What you receive
| Deliverable | When |
|---|---|
| Technical inventory | At the start |
| Findings with evidence | During the review |
| Priorities and risks | In the report |
| Cost of the next phase | At close |
| Decision or not continuing | At close |
09What happens next
The audit does not fix the site. If action is needed, it is quoted with the scope closed; if not, the report serves to decide.
Optional maintenance starts at €50/month and includes updates, backups, security review and a warning when something fails.
We do not sell a project that is not needed. If the site is fine, we say so; if the problem is content, we say so too.

Does the audit fix the site?
No. It documents the state and prioritizes. Fixes, cleanup or development are quoted separately, with the scope closed.
What does it include?
Stack, theme, plugins, performance, basic security and basic technical SEO, with a report of findings and priorities.
What does it cost?
From €50. It depends on the number of pages, plugins, store and depth of the review.
How long does it take?
Agreed when hiring and it depends on site size and access. No date is promised before seeing the case.
Is it the same as a security audit?
No. This is a basic review. A forensic audit, malware cleanup or incident response is a different service.
Does it commit me to hiring the fix?
No. The report is yours and you can decide not to continue. We do not sell a project that is not needed.
