01What is designed and what is not

Designing a website is not choosing a template and swapping the logo. It is ordering the message, deciding what is seen first and building an interface that can actually be executed.

We work with the content and the brief before the visual layer. The landing page and the new site are designed and implemented with the same criteria: we do not deliver a Figma that nobody knows how to build.

The promise is concrete: brief, structure, design and technical execution in the same engagement, with closed scope and delivery criteria. No recycled templates and no conversion promises without data.

Content comes before design

If there is no message, there is no landing page. The brief and the content are worked before opening the editor; if they are missing, we say so and plan for them.

02What it covers and what it does not

Includes

  • Brief and structure of the page or site.
  • Interface design and basic visual system.
  • Technical execution in WordPress/HTML/CSS or the agreed platform.
  • Responsive and mobile review.
  • Structured content: headlines, sections and CTAs.
  • Delivery with documentation and access.

Does not include

  • Full copy, photography or illustration if it is not in scope.
  • Full brand identity or branding.
  • Campaigns, media or social media management.
  • Licenses for fonts, images, plugins or templates.
  • Guarantee of conversion or SEO rankings.
  • Ongoing maintenance.

03How we do it

  1. 01

    Brief

What it has to achieve, for whom, what proof exists and what cannot change.

What is needed Goal, content and a person who validates.

  2. 02

    Structure

The message and the sections are ordered before designing. Hierarchy is decided with the content, not with taste.

What is needed Content and hierarchy decisions.

  3. 03

    Design

Interface, visual system and responsive; reviewed in context, not in a loose screenshot.

What is needed Concrete feedback and acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Build

Implemented in WordPress/HTML/CSS or the agreed platform, with staging and version control.

What is needed Access and final content.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Testing, responsive, documentation and production handover. What has not been tested is not delivered.

What is needed Validation and publishing window.

04Price and scope

Landing page from €250. New site quote-based. The price depends on the number of sections, the available content, the design and the execution; it is not closed before seeing the brief.

What determines the costNumber of sections: a landing page does not cost the same as a full site. · Content: who writes, who reviews and how much is missing. · Design level: a direct landing page or a broader visual system. · Execution: WordPress, HTML/CSS, Elementor or the agreed platform. · Responsive and testing: what is reviewed on mobile and in real flows. · Delivery and documentation: staging, production handover and manual.

05Timelines and response

The timeline is defined with the brief and the content. No date is promised before knowing what is designed and what is implemented.

The first response confirms whether it is a landing page, a new site or just a review of the existing one.

If content, access or decisions are missing, the timeline starts when they are resolved. Waiting time is not discounted from the work or hidden.

There is no implicit SLA behind this page: whatever is committed is written in the proposal.

Response policy: First response within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Colombia and Spain time.

06Compatibility and access

We work with WordPress, HTML/CSS, Elementor, Figma and the agreed platform. The stack is chosen by what the project needs, not by fashion.

To start we need: brief, content, environment access, references if they exist and a person who validates.

Before touching anything: backup, staging and a rollback plan. If something fails, we return to the previous version.

The brand is not redone and the platform is not changed unless it is necessary. If that is the limit, it is justified in writing and quoted separately.

07What evidence we deliver

We do not publish conversion metrics or cases without permission. There are no invented sales figures, testimonials or "designs that convert": the evidence is the brief, the design and the delivery.

Conversion and SEO are not guaranteed: the work is designed and executed with criteria, and the result depends on more factors.

  • Brief and structure: what was decided and why.
  • Design: screens and visual system.
  • Execution: environment, responsive and testing.
  • Limits: what stayed out.

If there are publishable cases with permission, they will appear with source and date; until then, nothing is invented.

09What happens next

Delivery is not the end: the site needs updates, backups and new content.

Optional support starts at €50/month and includes updates, backups, security review and an alert when something fails.

It is not mandatory. The documentation lets your team or agency maintain it; if support is needed, it is agreed separately.

10Frequently asked questions

Do you use templates?

Recycled templates are not sold as own design. If a base solves it, we say so and adapt it; we do not disguise it.

Who writes the content?

It is structured with you; full copy, photography or illustration are quoted separately if they are not in scope.

How much does a landing page cost?

From €250. The price depends on the sections, the content, the design level and the execution.

And a new site?

Quote-based. It is closed with the brief and the scope; no figure is promised before knowing what is designed and what is implemented.

Do you guarantee conversion or SEO?

No. The work is designed and executed with criteria; conversion and rankings depend on more factors and are not guaranteed.

Does it include maintenance?

Not by default. Support is separate from €50/month and the documentation lets your team maintain it.
