01What gets built and what does not
A store is not a website with a cart. It is catalog, stock, taxes, payments, shipping and a checkout that cannot fail on mobile. Development starts by understanding what you sell and where the order gets lost.
We work on WooCommerce as the main base and integrate or migrate from PrestaShop, Shopify and BigCommerce case by case. Migrating is not copying products: URLs, orders, customers and SEO must be preserved within the scope.
The promise is concrete: closed scope, inventory of URLs and orders, checkout tests and launch plan. It is not a "we will see". If the current platform is not the problem, we say so.
URLs, orders and redirects are inventoried before touching anything. Whatever cannot be preserved is documented and decided with you, not discovered afterwards.
02What it covers and what it does not
Includes
- Analysis of catalog, checkout, payments, shipping and taxes.
- New WooCommerce store or development on the existing one.
- Migration from PrestaShop, Shopify or BigCommerce within the scope.
- Inventory of URLs, redirects and SEO preservation.
- Tests of order, payment, stock and email in staging.
- Launch plan, monitoring and rollback.
Does not include
- Content, product photography or product page copy.
- Licenses for plugins, theme, gateways or third-party apps.
- Hosting, domain, CDN or ongoing maintenance.
- Campaign management, marketplaces or customer service.
- Guarantee of conversion, sales or SEO rankings.
- Unlimited changes or an hours bucket without scope.
03How we do it
-
01
Understand
What you sell, how purchasing works today, what hurts — checkout, stock, shipping, speed — and what cannot change.
What is needed Catalog, access, orders and a person who validates.
-
02
Inventory
URLs, products, customers, orders, gateways and redirects. It is decided what migrates and what is rebuilt.
What is needed Exports, access and preservation criteria.
-
03
Build
Store or migration in staging, with catalog, payments, shipping and taxes. Nothing is published without review.
What is needed Test data and validation.
-
04
Test
Full order, payment, stock, emails and mobile; edge cases and errors. Whatever the customer actually uses gets tested.
What is needed A person who validates the real flow.
-
05
Launch
Production handover, redirects, monitoring and rollback. The launch is planned, not improvised.
What is needed Window, DNS and responsible parties.
04Price and scope
WooCommerce from €2,400. Other platforms and migrations are quote-based. The price is closed after inventorying the catalog, URLs, orders and gateways; no figure is promised before seeing the store.
What determines the costNumber of products: variants, attributes, categories and product pages that must be migrated. · URL migration: inventory, redirects and pages that cannot be lost. · Gateways, shipping and taxes: the part that breaks a checkout most often. · Subscriptions, memberships or B2B: pricing rules, permissions and recurrence. · Languages and currencies: catalog, taxes and content per market. · Launch and monitoring: window, tests and rollback.

05Timelines and response
The timeline is defined with the inventory and the scope. No date is promised before knowing how many products, URLs and gateways there are.
The first response confirms whether it makes sense to migrate, rebuild, or stay and fix. No platform change happens because of fashion.
If access, exports or decisions are missing, the timeline starts when they are resolved. Waiting time is not discounted from the work or hidden.
The launch is done with a window, monitoring and rollback. There is no implicit SLA: whatever is committed is written in the proposal.
Response policy: First response within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Colombia and Spain time.
06Compatibility and access
We work on what you already have: WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, BigCommerce, PHP, MySQL, payment gateways, shipping and apps.
To start we need: catalog or export, access to the dashboard and the hosting, orders, test gateway credentials and a person who validates.
Before touching anything: backup, staging and a rollback plan. No migration happens without a URL inventory.
We do not change the hosting or the platform unless it is necessary. If that is the real limit, it is justified in writing and quoted separately.
07What evidence we deliver
We do not publish sales metrics or client cases without permission. There are no invented conversion figures, orders or "lossless migrations": the evidence is the inventory, the tests and the launch plan.
- Inventory: URLs, products, orders and redirects.
- Tests: order, payment, stock, email and mobile.
- Launch: window, monitoring and rollback.
- Limits: what is not preserved and why.
No lossless migration is promised: whatever cannot be preserved is documented and decided before launch.
If there are publishable cases with permission, they will appear with source and date; until then, nothing is invented.

09What happens next
Launching is not finishing. The store needs updates, backups, security and someone watching the checkout.
Optional support starts at €50/month and includes updates, backups, security review and an alert when something fails.
It is not mandatory. The documentation lets your team or agency maintain it; if support is needed, it is agreed separately.
See support and maintenance10Frequently asked questions
Are the URLs and the SEO preserved?
They are inventoried and redirects are planned within the scope. Whatever cannot be preserved is documented first. SEO rankings are not guaranteed.
WooCommerce or Shopify?
It depends on the catalog, the operation, the payments, the team and the control you need. The platform is chosen by requirements, not by fashion; the comparison is written down.
How much does it cost?
WooCommerce from €2,400; other platforms and migrations are quote-based after inventorying products, URLs, gateways and languages.
Are orders or customers lost?
They are exported and tested before launch; whatever cannot be migrated is documented. No lossless migration is promised before seeing the data.
How long does it take?
It is defined with the inventory and the scope; it depends on products, URLs, gateways and third parties. No dates are promised before seeing the store.
Does it include maintenance?
Not by default. Support is separate from €50/month and the documentation lets your team maintain it.
